It comes with the 2-5/16" hitch ball, and the mini ball for 1 or 2 sway control bar arms is not included. The ball mounts through a 1-1/4" hole, and you get up to a 9" drop depending on which hitch you run, so you can level the trailer to your truck. Built for heavy-duty towing, the 2-5/16" ball is rated to pull 20,000 lbs with 2,000 lbs of tongue weight, plenty for the biggest trailer you'll put behind a heavy-duty truck. It fits Shocker Air, Streamline and HD series bumper hitches and Shocker XR series hitches.
