Shipping Policy

In-stock orders typically ship within 24-48 business hours. Custom or special-order items take longer; we will email a processing estimate after the order is placed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the carrier name and a tracking number. Use the number to track your package on the carrier's website.

All Shocker Hitch products are carefully packaged for transit. If your product arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos — we file the carrier claim and arrange a replacement shipment. If a package shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us; lost shipments can often be located within 1-3 days.

We ship to the United States and many international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

We are unable to predict or control these charges. We recommend checking with your country's customs office for an estimate before ordering.
