Try your Shocker Hitch risk-free for 60 days. If you're not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund of the product price — we cover return shipping.

How to Return a Product

Follow these four steps to initiate a return.

Contact us

Email support@shockerhitch.com or call 587-897-4625 with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label.

Pack the product

Repackage the product in its original packaging with all hardware and documentation. Reinforce the packaging to prevent shipping damage. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

Ship it back — we cover return shipping

Use the prepaid return shipping label we emailed you. We cover return shipping on all qualifying returns within 60 days. (Exchanges due to customer error — wrong size ordered, change of mind — are the only case where return shipping is paid by the customer.)

Receive your refund or replacement

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we process the refund immediately or ship the replacement item. Refunds are applied to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-7 business days.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Eligible

  • Product returned within 60 days of delivery
  • Product is in resalable condition (no damage, rust, or excessive wear)
  • Original packaging and all hardware included
  • RMA number obtained from our team before shipping
  • Product is a standard catalog item (not a custom order)

Not Eligible

  • Product returned after 60 days from delivery (handled under the warranty policy)
  • Product is damaged, modified, drilled, cut, or shows signs of misuse
  • Original packaging is missing or destroyed
  • No RMA number obtained prior to shipping
  • Custom-built or special-order items

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it within 2 business days. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds are applied to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

The product purchase price is refunded in full. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product).

Exchanges

Need a different size or product? We're happy to help with exchanges. The process is simple:

  1. Contact us to initiate the exchange and let us know what you need instead.
  2. We will provide an RMA number and shipping instructions for the original product.
  3. Once we receive the original product, we will ship the replacement. If there is a price difference, we will charge or refund the difference.

For fastest service, contact us before shipping the original product so we can verify availability of the replacement item.
