By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance — your order is accepted when we ship the product and send you a shipping confirmation.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is processed at the time of order placement.

All prices on our website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. If you are purchasing from outside Canada, your payment provider will convert the charge to your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Applicable taxes (GST, HST, PST, or sales tax) will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. International orders may be subject to additional customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 CAD within Canada. Orders under $150 CAD are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-7 business days for Canadian destinations. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Returned products must be in resalable condition with original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).

1-Year Manufacturer Warranty: Every Shocker Hitch is warranted against defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one year (365 days) from the date of purchase, to the original retail purchaser.

60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: On top of the warranty, you have 60 days from delivery to confirm the hitch fits your rig. If it doesn’t, we cover the return — full refund, no restocking fees.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, overloading beyond rated capacity, modification, improper installation, accidents, or normal wear and tear. See the full warranty page for the complete list of exclusions and the claim process.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shocker Hitch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our products or website.

Our total liability for any claim related to our products shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the product in question.

You are responsible for ensuring that our products are appropriate for your intended use, that they are installed correctly, and that you do not exceed the rated weight capacity. Always follow safe towing practices and obey all applicable laws and regulations.
