The Shocker 14K Max Black Sway Control Air Drop Hitch features an adjustable drop ball mount with welded sway control bar mounting tabs, making it ideal for air ride trailer towing and enhancing sway control with friction sway control bars. It boasts a heavy-duty towing capacity of 14,000 lbs and a tongue weight rating of 1,400 lbs. If trailer sway is a problem. Here is the solution. This heavy-duty hitch acts as a mini air suspension unit, and the adjustable drop ball mount is available with either a 2" or 2-5/16" hitch ball, offering a drop range of 4-1/2" to 8-1/2". The max black Shocker 14K air receiver hitch is especially beneficial for taller pickups equipped with leveling or lift kits, or when towing campers with higher tongues.

It mounts easily by sliding into a standard receiver tube, making this shock-absorbing hitch a must-have for smoother trailer towing. Manufactured by Shocker Hitch® USA in Jamestown, ND, it’s available for 2" & 2-1/2" receiver sizes. The air ride system is positioned under the receiver tube, creating a compact 10-inch distance between the mounting pin and the ball center.

One of the key advantages of the Air Shocker is the ability to adjust air pressure for optimal ride quality and load control, making it perfect for pickups that are taller than stock. Note: The sway control tab mount is designed to work with the Shocker Friction Sway bar kit or similar friction sway control kit, which is not included and is available separately.
