Simple Effective Design
Uses a rocker arm pivot design which produces a down & back motion, much different than other air hitches on the market. Design eliminates the need for slides, parallel linkages, rollers, shock absorbers, or multiple air spring bags. Filters the rock shock through the air ride system & urethane cushions with the greaseable 1" diameter 1045 carbon steel pivot bolt.

This sway combo ball mount is all about versatility and heavy-duty strength. It features welded sway bar control tabs on both sides, perfectly set up to handle sway control arm bars with mini hitch balls. You get a 2-5/16" ball that can handle a massive 20,000 lbs, plus a 2" ball rated for 10,000 lbs, meaning you are ready for just about any trailer out there.
We offer this dual-ball attachment in different finishes: a sleek black powder coat or a chrome finish. When you pair it up with the Trail Force base frame and its 10 adjustment holes, you get an awesome range from a 0" rise to a 6.5" drop. That means you get a perfectly level tow every single time, while the base system easily supports up to 14,000 lbs of Gross Trailer Weight (GTW) and 1,400 lbs of tongue weight.
It is not just about being tough, though. The built-in air ride system teams up perfectly with the sway control features to act like a giant shock absorber for your full sized SUV and trailer. Just adjust the air pressure to fit whatever you are hauling, and the built-in air bag and dual bump cushions will instantly iron out those rough roads while the sway control tab mount actively fights off trailer sway.
Proudly made by Shocker Hitch® USA in Jamestown, ND, the Trail Force rocks a tough, impact-resistant matte black textured powder coat finish so it works hard and looks great for years to come. Sway Bar combo ball mounts with sway control bar tabs are welded for superior strength. The sway control tab mount is designed to work with the Shocker 1001 Friction Sway control kit, which is not included and is available separately.
Suggested to get 1 kit if towing under 10,000 lbs and 2 kits if towing over 10,000 lbs. Note: This SUV, inside the bumper mount, hitch will not work with vans, CUVs & 2WD pickups as the frame is too long when mounting to a receiver hitch under the bumper. However, it will work on 2500, 3500 & taller than stock pickups that have at least 19" ground clearance from the bottom of the hitch.
