Built on a lighter Sport chassis with 1/4-inch side plates and a simpler air bag, it is rated for 8,000 lbs GTW — perfect for half-ton pickups, vans, and SUVs that don't need the full 14K rating. 8 Adjustment Holes with a no ball mount (base frame only) ball mount, finished in signature Shocker red.

Trail Force 14K
14,000 lbs GTW. Engineered for recessed receivers. Matte black finish. Choose this if your bumper wraps the receiver or you tow more than 8K.
Original Shocker 14K
14,000 lbs GTW. Standard exposed-receiver geometry. Red finish. The default mid-tier choice for half-ton and three-quarter-ton trucks needing higher capacity.
Pair With a Sport-Sized Ball Mount
The Sport 8K uses Shocker's standard ball mount attachment system, sized appropriately for 8,000 lb loads. Choose a no ball mount (base frame only) mount with 8 Adjustment Holes to fit your trailer height. Combo balls, drop and rise mounts, drawbars, and pintle options are available — including configurations with sway-control tabs for trailers prone to wandering.

Installation
Slide the Sport 8K shank into your receiver tube and pin in place. Attach the selected ball mount to the air-ride paddle. Inflate the air bag to a baseline pressure. Hook up your trailer and adjust pressure to taste.
