Why the 9-Inch Offset Matters
Run a short-bed pickup (usually a 5.5 or 6.5 ft bed) and a standard gooseneck coupler sits close to the cab. Back into a campsite, thread through a stockyard, or jackknife in a tight driveway and the trailer nose comes right up on your back glass and cab corners. One bad angle and you scrape sheet metal. The 9" offset moves the coupler 9 inches farther forward than a standard gooseneck, giving your short bed the same turning clearance a long-bed truck has from the factory. You keep gooseneck stability and air-ride smoothness, and you keep the tight-quarters maneuverability that made you buy a short bed in the first place.

9" Forward Extension
The forged extension arm carries the Demco EZ Latch coupler 9 inches ahead of a standard gooseneck, so the cab stays clear when you crank the wheel or jackknife into a spot.
Forward-Back Airbag
The same patented surge-air setup as the Standard 30K. An air spring soaks up the forward-back jerk between your truck bed and the trailer stem, the shove you feel on every hard stop.
Full 30,000 lb Capacity, Kept

Demco EZ Latch
Drop onto the 2-5/16-inch ball and it latches itself. Single-side capture, lift the handle to release. The one most people pick, and it ships with this hitch.
Shift Lock
Patented dual-side ball capture, the only gooseneck coupler that grips the ball from both sides. A visual lock indicator tells you at a glance that it's set, and it carries a slightly higher 7K tongue weight rating.
Direct Stem Replacement
This is a full stem-and-coupler replacement, not an adapter that bolts onto the stem you already have. The multi-fit-round slides into your trailer's outer tube where the factory inner stem sits now, pins back through your existing height holes, and the air ride plus 9" extension ride above it. Most installs go under an hour with no welding, drilling, or cutting.
