The Max Black comes with or without sway-control tabs, depending on the ball-mount attachment you pick:

Standard Ball Mount (No Sway Tabs): Best for boats, livestock trailers, equipment haulers, and anything that doesn't need friction sway bars. The pivoting air-ride design already cuts down the tendency to sway on its own.

Ball Mount With Welded Sway Tabs: Adds welded tabs for friction sway-bar kits (sold separately). Go this route for travel trailers and tall campers that catch crosswind and start to wander.
