20K Air Spring Does the Cushioning
A heavy-duty multi-ply rubber air bag carries up to 20,000 lbs of trailer while soaking up the road shock that would otherwise pound your truck and cargo. Same air-ride guts as the HD Red, finished to match the matte-black frame.
Air It Up for the Load You've Got
A heavy trailer can swing 1,000+ lbs between empty and loaded. Add air for a max-weight run, let some out for the deadhead home. The HD air bag works across a wider pressure range than the 14K, so it keeps up with the bigger swings.

This Shocker HD Max Black Air Hitch & Drop Ball Mount w/ 2-5/16" Ball & Sway Bar Tabs comes set up as a 4-1/2" to 8-1/2" drop. Like most Shocker ball mounts, it's reversible, so you can flip it over to turn that drop into a rise, and use the 8 adjustment holes to fine-tune coupler height. A heavy trailer is fussy about sitting level. Get the drop wrong and you overload either the front or rear axle of the trailer, so take the time to dial it in.
