Gives you up to about 7 inches of drop. It is the right pick for a stock-height truck pulling a typical bumper-pull trailer, and it costs less. This is the one most buyers reach for.
HD Max Black Super Drop (12-hole frame)
Gives you up to 12-1/2 inches of drop. Reach for this one when the standard frame cannot get the trailer level, whether that is a lifted truck, a low-tongue trailer, or an odd height mismatch. It runs $50 to $80 more than the standard frame.
