How Shocker HD Air Ride Works
20K-Rated Air Spring
The air bag uses a heavier ply count than the 14K version, so it carries up to 20,000 lbs of trailer while still soaking up the bumps that would otherwise hammer your truck and your cargo.
Adjustable for Heavy Loads
A heavy trailer can swing 1,000+ lbs between empty and loaded. Air up for the max-weight run, bleed it back down on the deadhead home. The HD airbag has a wider usable pressure range than the 14K, so it covers both ends.
Reinforced 8-Hole Chassis
It keeps the same outer shape as the Original line, so every Shocker ball mount still fits, but the wall steel is thicker and the welds are reinforced to carry the 20K loads.
Rocker-Arm Pivot
