How the HD Air Ride Works
A 20K-Rated Air Spring Does the Work
The HD air bag uses more plies of rubber than the 14K version, so it carries up to 16,000 lbs of trailer while still soaking up the road shock that would otherwise hammer your truck and cargo.
Tune It to the Load You're Pulling
A heavy trailer can swing 1,000+ lbs between empty and full. Air it up for the loaded run, bleed it down on the deadhead home. The HD airbag has a wider usable pressure range than the 14K, so it handles both ends without complaint.
A Reinforced 8-Hole Chassis
It keeps the same outside shape as the Original line, so every Shocker ball mount still fits, but the steel is thicker and the welds are reinforced to carry the full 20K loadings.
