How Shocker HD Air Ride Works
20K-Rated Air Spring
The HD air bag runs a heavier ply count than the 14K version, so it carries up to 20,000 lbs of trailer behind you and still soaks up the road shock before it reaches the truck and your cargo.
Adjustable for Heavy Loads
A heavy trailer can swing 1,000+ lbs between empty and loaded. Pump in air for the max-weight run, bleed it off on the deadhead home, and the ride stays right. The HD airbag has a wider usable pressure range than the 14K.
Reinforced 8-Hole Chassis
Same outside geometry as the Original line, so every Shocker ball mount still bolts right on, but built from thicker-wall steel with reinforced welds rated for the full 20K load.

Get the drop wrong and you dump the weight onto either the front or rear axle of the trailer, so take the time to dial it in.
