How Shocker HD Air Ride Works
The Air Spring Does the Cushioning
An HD multi-ply rubber air bag, with a heavier ply count than the 14K version, carries up to 20,000 lbs of trailer load and still soaks up the road shock that would otherwise hammer your truck and cargo.
Tune It to the Load
Heavy bumper-pull loads swing 1,000+ lbs between empty and full. Add air for the max-weight run, bleed it off for the deadhead home. The HD airbag gives you a wider usable pressure range than the 14K to work with.
A Chassis Built to Take It
Same outside geometry as the Original line, so every Shocker ball mount still fits, but with thicker wall steel and reinforced welds rated for the 20K loadings.
