A loose or off-tolerance outer tube lets the stem rattle and the coupler never sits right. This is the weld-on outer sleeve that fixes that. It welds straight onto the front of your gooseneck trailer and gives the coupler stem a precise square home, the same heavy-duty neck gooseneck trailer manufacturers build with. It is rated up to 40,000 lbs of gooseneck towing capacity, formed from 1/4" steel to a precision tolerance that fits existing inner-tube square gooseneck couplers, and it comes in three styles so it matches your coupler.
