The weld on thick wall 4.5" round outer tube stem neck for a inner 4" round gooseneck coupler. Has 3/4" diameter pin holes with 2 set bolts and jam nuts along with safety through pin with clip. Weld on stem offers up to 30,000 lbs GTW. This is a Heavy Duty weld on neck that gooseneck trailer manufacturers use.
It comes in raw steel, and the tube is designed to be welded onto the front of a gooseneck trailer. Lower collar offers additional strength. The top is capped to prevent water and debris accumulation. They are 20" in height. Does not include inner tube gooseneck coupler. Professional welding is required for welding the outer tube to the gooseneck tongue.

Cap Top To Keep The Elements Out: Top sleeve is capped to prevent water and debris accumulation.
Professional Welding Required for Installation: Professional welding is required for proper installation and weight rating.
