Same proven dual rubber bump cushion design as the Impact Cushion 14K, but on the beefed-up 20K chassis with a matte black powder coat finish. This Impact Max Cushion Hitch & 8-Ton Channel Style Pintle Hook with 2" Ball carries 20,000 lbs GTW with up to 2,000 lb tongue weight, fits 2-1/2-inch receivers, and offers 1" Rise to 6-1/2" Drop — all with zero air pressure to manage and no ongoing maintenance.

The 14K Impact Cushion is plenty for half-tons and many 3/4-tons. But once you are pulling skid steers, dump trailers, or heavy equipment haulers behind a 1-ton, you need the 20K chassis. Same cushion technology, heavier-duty steel.

Installation

Easy — No Special Skills~5 minutes

Slide the 2-1/2-inch shank into your truck's receiver, drop in the hitch pin, and lock the clip. If your kit includes a ball mount, select the drop/rise hole for level tow and pin the attachment. The cushions are sealed — no air pressure setup needed. Hook up and tow.
