Why a 20K Cushion Hitch
Enough Muscle for a 1-Ton
The 14K Impact Cushion handles half-tons and plenty of 3/4-tons just fine. Once you hook onto skid steers, dump trailers, or heavy equipment haulers behind a 1-ton, that lighter frame is working too hard. This 20K chassis gives you the same cushion technology on heavier-duty steel, so the hitch is never the weak link at full load.
Two Cushions Doing the Work
A solid ball mount passes every bump straight through to the truck. Two sealed rubber cushions absorb that shock by squeezing and springing back, and the pivoting ball mount geometry lets the load move with the road instead of against it.
