This Impact Max Cushion Hitch & Pintle Hook w/Mount hauls 20,000 lbs GTW with up to 2,000 lb of tongue weight, drops into 2-1/2-inch receivers, and gives you 4" Rise to 6-1/2" Drop to sit your trailer level. And it does all of it with zero air pressure to manage and no ongoing maintenance.

Why a 20K Cushion Hitch
Real Capacity for 1-Ton Trucks
The 14K Impact Cushion handles half-tons and plenty of 3/4-tons just fine. Once you are dragging skid steers, dump trailers, and heavy equipment haulers behind a 1-ton, that is when you need the 20K chassis. You get the same cushion technology sitting on heavier-duty steel.
Dual Rubber Bump Cushions
Two sealed rubber cushions eat the tow shock by compressing and rebounding as the road throws it at you. The ball mount pivots as it works, and that is what lets a cushion hitch ride smoother than a solid steel mount, even loaded to full GTW.
Matte Black Stealth Finish
The textured matte black powder coat hides road grime, fights off chips, and looks right behind a modern blacked-out truck. It is the same finish family as the HD Max Black air-ride line.
No Compressor Required
Air-ride hitches at this capacity want a compressor and a pressure gauge. The Impact Max 20K is sealed, so it needs neither. That is a real difference on a remote job site or out on the ranch, where dragging a compressor around is not always practical.

An adjustable airbag you tune to the load you are pulling. More travel and a smoother ride at any tongue weight. It needs an inflator, and the airbag is field-replaceable but does wear over many years. Best for daily towers and heavy-haul operators who want that adjustability.
