Pull a loaded equipment trailer on a solid ball mount and you feel every frost heave and hard stop slam straight through the truck, the trailer, and the load riding behind you. The Impact Max Cushion Hitch fixes that. Two sealed rubber cushions sit between your truck and the ball, compressing and rebounding so those jolts never reach you. It is built on the heavy 20K chassis for 1-ton trucks, so it hauls 20,000 lbs of trailer with up to 2,000 lbs on the tongue, drops into any 2-inch receiver, and gives you 4 inches of drop to 4 inches of rise to sit dead level. The combo ball mount carries both a 2-inch and a 2-5/16-inch ball with a chrome sway bar tab, all wrapped in matte black powder coat. No air pressure, no compressor, no maintenance. Hook up and go.

Why a 20K Cushion Hitch
Enough Muscle for a 1-Ton
A half-ton or three-quarter-ton is happy on the lighter 14K Impact Cushion. Start pulling skid steers, dump trailers, and heavy equipment behind a 1-ton and you need this 20K chassis. Same cushion setup, heavier steel underneath it.
Two Cushions Doing the Work
Two sealed rubber cushions take the hit for you, squeezing down and springing back to eat the shock of the road. The ball mount pivots as they flex, so the ride stays smoother than a solid mount even with the full 20,000 lbs behind you.

HD Max Black 20K (air-ride sibling)
An adjustable airbag you dial in for any load, giving more travel and a smoother ride at any tongue weight. It needs an inflator, and the airbag is a wear item over many years (you can replace it in the field). Best for daily towers and heavy-haul operators who want that adjustability.
