It's made of steel and works for both the 2-5/16" and 3" shift lock gooseneck couplers. It's built specifically for Shocker gooseneck hitches with the patented shift lock coupler, and it fits both the Shocker Hitch 2-5/16" and 3" gooseneck ball couplers with the shifter lever handle on the shift lock coupler, including the Shocker 30K and 40K gooseneck air hitches with the shift lock coupler. It also fits the 9" offset gooseneck extensions.
