It filters and absorbs road shock, tugs, jerks, bumps, bangs, and sways through the built in air ride suspension system, creating a smooth ride for the tow vehicle utilizing a compatible wd hitch and the camper trailer.

It directs the normal towing resistance between the tow vehicle using a weight distribution hitch, and the trailer through the air ride system, which produces a much smoother ride. It also naturally reduces trailer sway by filtering and absorbing the changing tongue weight that occurs when towing on uneven or rough roads.

(Does not work with Anderson chain style or B&W Continuum weight-distribution hitch) Easily Adjust Air Pressure for Ride Comfort, Trailer Tow Weight & Load Control: You can easily fine-tune and adjust the air pressure for the best ride and load control on every trip.

For heavier loads, increase the air pressure; for lighter loads reduce it. A cushion, steel spring or torsion hitch is not adjustable for tow weight or tongue weight. The air ride equalizer, when used with a compatible weight distribution system, allows for better control of your pickup & trailer.

After you hook up WD bars, air the hitch until the truck side bump cushions are not compressed. If the trailer side bump cushions are compressed, you have too much air in the air ride system.
