Built-In Air Spring
A heavy-duty air bag sits under the receiver tube and soaks up the jerking, tugging, and impact before it can reach your truck or trailer. There's no hard steel-on-steel connection passing that shock straight through.

This Shocker Air Hitch & Clevis Mount ships in a 3-1/2" to 7-1/2" Drop ball-mount setup. Most Shocker ball mounts flip over, so you can turn drop into rise, and the 8 adjustment holes let you fine-tune coupler height. Tow a low travel trailer behind a lifted truck or a tall camper behind a stock pickup, and the geometry adjusts to sit level either way.
