Built-In Air Spring

Two Ways to Handle Sway
Depending on the ball-mount attachment you choose, the Original line ships with or without welded sway-control tabs:
Standard Ball Mount (No Sway Tabs)
Best for boats, livestock trailers, equipment haulers, and any load that doesn’t need friction sway bars. The pivoting air-ride design already cuts down on sway tendency on its own.
Ball Mount With Welded Sway Tabs
Adds welded tabs to bolt on friction sway-bar kits (sold separately). Go this route for travel trailers and tall-profile campers that catch crosswinds and start to wander.
Flip It for Drop or Rise
A trailer that rides nose-high or nose-low chews up tires and pushes the truck around. This Shocker Air Channel Style Pintle & Ball Hitch ships in a 3″ Drop to 7″ Drop ball-mount setup, and most Shocker ball mounts flip over to turn that drop into a rise. Use the 8 adjustment holes to fine-tune coupler height on top of that. Low travel trailer behind a lifted truck or tall camper behind a stock pickup, the geometry gets you level.
