Fits both 4" and 100mm square inner stems with straight pin holes. It covers most modern square-stem gooseneck trailers.
4-1/2" Square Stem
A heavy-wall stem for trailers built around the larger 4-1/2" square inner stem. You will see this size on PJ, Big Tex, Diamond C, and other heavy-duty makers.
Top-Crank 100mm Square
Built to replace the top-crank handle stems found on trailers like Bison and other makers that use the crank-style height adjustment.
Driving a Short-Bed Pickup?
This Standard 30K sits 3" forward of your factory coupler, which is fine on a long-bed truck. But if you tow with a short-bed pickup and the trailer nose swings close to your cab on tight turns, go with the Surge Air Gooseneck 9" Offset 30K instead. It uses the same air ride, with the coupler set 9 inches farther forward to keep the trailer clear of your cab.
