It slides into your Shocker bumper hitch and carries two welded-on tabs sized for the mini balls on a friction sway control kit like the SH-1001 (kit and mini balls sold separately), so your rig stays planted through crosswinds and hard stops. It comes with two chrome hitch balls, so one mount covers most of what you'll pull. The 2-5/16" ball handles up to 20,000 lbs of trailer and 2,000 lbs on the tongue, and the 2" ball handles up to 10,000 lbs and 1,000 lbs on the tongue. Both balls are welded on as one piece for strength, and the base wears a black textured impact-resistant powder coat that shrugs off rock chips and weather.
