The sway control Shocker Hitch® drop ball mount attachment with two sway bar mounting tabs without a hitch ball. Designed to work with Shocker receiver hitches & friction sway arm bar kits. Each sway bar mount tab has a center hole for mounting a 1-1/4" ball from a sway arm bar kit.

The Shocker sway arm bar kit, part # SH-1001 is available and sold separately. This sway style drop ball mount attachment features a 1-1/4" hole center hole for the hitch ball to mount through. Built for heavy duty bumper pull trailer towing. Ideal if you have a taller to vehicle or a trailer with a lower tongue or ball coupler.

Compatible with Shocker Receiver Hitches. Works with Shocker Air, Streamline, Trail Force, Sport, Super Drop & HD series air receiver hitches & Shocker XR series receiver hitches, & Impact series cushion receiver hitches. Fits a 3-3/4" ID wide Shocker receiver hitch channel.

The drop and rise range varies by the Shocker Receiver Hitch this drop ball mount attachment is used with. Made by Shocker Hitch® USA, Jamestown, ND. Note: The sway control tab mount is designed to work with up to two, part # SH-1001, Shocker friction sway bar kits or similar, which is not included and are available separately.

It is suggested to get (1) kit if towing under 10,000 lbs and (2) kits if towing over 10,000 lbs.

Features

Sway Bar Drop Ball Design - Does Not Include Hitch Ball: Features two sway bar mounting tabs and 1-1/4" center hole for mounting hitch ball. Drop ball mount attachment is often used when towing bumper pull trailers with a lower tongue & ball coupler or with taller than stock or lifted pickup trucks.

Designed For Use with 1 or 2 Friction Sway Arm Bar Kits: Two integrated sway bar mounting tabs with center hole for mounting the 1-1/4" mini hitch ball from a friction sway control arm bar kit, such as the Shocker sway bar kit, part # SH-1001 or similar, which is not included and sold separately.

Does Not Include Hitch Ball: Mount attachment has a 1-1/4" center hole to mount a trailer hitch ball with a 1-1/4" diameter shaft. Hitch ball sold separately. Use part # SH-540 for 2-5/16" chrome trailer hitch ball & part # SH-530 for 2" chrome trailer hitch ball. Mount is rated up to 20,000 lbs GTW or 2,000 lbs tongue weight.

Drop Range Depends on Shocker Receiver Hitch Used With: 8 hole Air Receiver Hitches are 4-1/2" to 8-1/2" of drop. Super Drop is up to 12-1/2" of drop. Trail Force is up to 10-1/2" of drop. Impact series hitch is 0" to 7-1/2" drop. 8 hole XR hitch is 0" to 7-1/2" of drop. 10 hole XR hitch is 0" to 9-1/2" of drop.

Fits Shocker Receiver Hitches: Works with Shocker Air, HD, Streamline, Super Drop, Trail Force, Sport, Impact & XR series hitches. Fits a 3-3/4" ID wide Shocker receiver hitch channel. 3-5/8" OD Ball Mount Attachment Width: 3-5/8" wide OD to fit a 3-3/4" hitch ID channel with a 3" on center hole pattern for two 5/8" pins. Made to fit Shocker bumper hitches.
