It bolts into your Shocker bumper hitch and carries two welded tabs that give a friction sway control kit something solid to grab, so the trailer stays planted through crosswinds, passing traffic, and hard stops. It ships with a 2" ball rated for 10,000 lbs of trailer and 1,000 lbs on the tongue, which covers the heaviest loads most half-ton and three-quarter-ton trucks will ever pull. The ball drops through a 1-1/4" hole, and depending on your hitch you can run as much as a 9" drop to get the trailer riding level. Heads up: the mini ball (or two) for the sway arms is not included, so grab that separately. Fits Shocker Air, Streamline and HD series bumper hitches, Shocker XR hitches, and Impact series cushion hitches, and it slides into a 3-3/4" Shocker bumper hitch channel.
