The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate air suspension kits are designed to enhance the suspension system of pickup trucks, vans, and commercial vehicles, providing superior load-leveling support. By adjusting the air pressure in each air spring individually, the LoadLifter 5000 ensures your truck remains level, which improves ride quality, reduces sag, and enhances overall vehicle performance. The adjustable air pressure, which ranges from 5 to 100 psi, gives drivers full control over the ride, making it ideal for varying load weights.
The LoadLifter 5000 systems are built with durability in mind. They feature 2-ply fabric-reinforced rubber air springs housed in high-strength Zytel nylon end caps, making them resistant to wear and corrosion.
Additionally, the Ultimate comes with integrated urethane internal jounce bumpers, which work in conjunction with the air suspension to improve ride quality and safety. These bumpers serve as a backup, ensuring the load is temporarily supported if the air springs lose all air pressure, providing an extra level of security during operation.
