Works great on gooseneck style Adam horse trailers manufactured by Dalton Enterprises. Completely replaces your factory stem & coupler with the Gooseneck Surge Air system & coupler. Installs in minutes. Patent #’s 11,370,257 B1 & D898,628. Fits Adams gooseneck trailers with either a 4" round stem, or 100mm (3-15/16") round stem.
The replacement inner tube stem has 3 adjustment holes and the coupler extends 3" forward from the factory location or you can also order it with a 9" extender gooseneck coupler for extra cab clearance. Note: Adam gooseneck trailers have round stems that are 4" with straight pin holes, or newer models have a 100mm (3-15/16") round stem.
