The Shocker 10 Ton Pintle Ring with Adjustable 6-Hole Weld-On Vertical Channel for your trailer a-frame is a complete heavy-duty mounting and towing solution designed for work trailers, farm equipment, and air ride trailer tongue applications.
This system includes a rugged weld-on vertical channel for trailer tongue A-frames along with a forged steel bolt-on pintle lunette ring, delivering strength, adjustability, and long-term durability for demanding towing environments.
The heavy-duty vertical channel is constructed from raw 3/8" thick steel and measures 3.68" O.D. x 2.93" I.D. x 12" tall, featuring a 2" on-center bolt pattern with six adjustment holes for precise height positioning.
Designed to weld directly to your trailer's A-frame, this channel allows the use of bolt-on style ball couplers or pintle mounts secured with 5/8" pins or Grade 8 bolts with lock nuts. When properly welded, the vertical channel supports up to 20,000 lbs GTW, making it ideal for heavy-duty towing and compatibility with Shocker Air Trailer Tongue Mounts.
Professional welding required to install the 6 hole, 5 position vertical channel onto your trailer tongue. The included forged steel pintle lunette ring is rated at a full 10 tons and measures 6" outside diameter with a 3" inside diameter for secure coupling with most standard pintle hooks, including Shocker pintle hitches.
It mounts directly into a 3" wide vertical channel using two Grade 8 5/8" bolts and lock nuts for a secure, adjustable fit. The black powder-coated finish provides exceptional corrosion resistance, making it suitable for marine environments, agriculture, construction, and commercial hauling.
